What happens in the ten days
- Day 1Kick-off. An hour with you. Our one-page data request lands.
- Day 2Data in.
- Day 3On site. Half a day in the room. Department head interviews begin.
- Days 4 to 5Remaining interviews, an hour each.
- Days 6 to 8Analysis. Every finding built in the workbook, line by line.
- Day 9Validation. We test the findings with you before anything is final.
- Day 10Debrief. Problems named, ranked and priced. Roadmap and workbook handed over.
